Poultry Project

The Poultry Project is released October 2003 from being suspended due to the outbreak of Newcastle Disease and the Quarantines.

Poultry can be a year long project. Many members have show birds all year. The must be kept cool in the hot summer as well as warm in the winter. Cages must be designed so that important feathers are not damaged before the showing. eggs can be collected for incubation and the hatcheling used or sold. Members expenses are for cages, feed, medications, entry fees to other shows, and another related items used. The project attends many shows throughout the year and had done well with Best Of Shows, Showmanship Wins, Reserve Grand Champion Meat Pens and may other class wins.
